PBT component and PET component raw materials of different types are processed by two sets of metering pumps and two sets of spinning components. The PBT melt and pet melt are extruded into monofilament bundles at the spinneret micro-orifice, and the two-component POY filament is formed by stretching, cooling curing and winding. Then the two-component DTY can be made by stretching and false twisting. A two-component elastic composite fiber product was prepared.
Chemical modification is mainly to add various functional substances in the spinning process, such as flame retardants, antistatic agents, antibacterial agents, etc., or add functional active monomers for copolymerization to improve the performance of polyester fiber.
